Privacy Policy

This is the plain-English version. The reviewed legal text will be added before launch (FR-25.2); the promises below do not change.

Ask privately before you ask your HOA

Questions you ask here stay between you and HOA Navigator. We never tell your HOA, your board, your management company or your neighbors what you asked, what you uploaded or what you are planning. You decide what to submit, and when.

What we store

• Your email address, your home address, and the name you give us.
• The HOA documents you upload, the text we extract from them, and the pages we read.
• Your questions, the answers with their citations, your projects, your packages and your orders.
• Sign-in records: which devices have signed in, when, and an approximate location.
• Payment records from Stripe: order ids, amounts and receipt links. Card numbers never reach us; Stripe handles every card.
• First-touch marketing attribution (which ad or search brought you here), if any.

For how long

Your documents, answers and packages stay for 90 days after your last delivery, or for as long as you keep a membership. You can delete your account at any time from the account page; everything is removed within 30 days. Order and audit records are kept for 2 years for accounting.

Who can see it

Nobody but you and anyone you add to your home as a seat. HOA Navigator staff cannot open your documents unless you open a support case; when staff do, the reason is written to a support access log with the time and the person. We do not sell or share your data for advertising, and we do not share your documents with other homeowners or with any association.

Your choices

Download everything from your account page. Turn off marketing email with one click. Delete your account at any time.
